EMPLOYEE TRAINING FOR BUSINESS – WORKPLACE COMPLIANCE

Purpose of the Curriculum 

Our goal for Employee Training for Businesses is to build citizen advocates from a business perspective. This curriculum is customized to the business and its employees with input and guidance from the business owners and managers. This particular curriculum will address how to effectively accommodate and interact with service dog owners with all types of disabilities, both seen and unseen.

Strategies and Content 

All content for Employee Training for Businesses will be aligned with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for Title II (State and local government services) and Title III (public accommodations and commercial facilities) in reference to service dogs. 

Completing this customized curriculum will take an estimated total of 90 minutes depending on the schedule set up with the business manager. We are always available to address your concerns and questions.

This curriculum begins with a pre-assessment which measures whole group knowledge of the designated topic. These responses are compared with a post-activity assessment gathered on individual responses.
